A geek at heart; I love my job. It is the best of all worlds  – I am lucky enough to have a built in excuse to learn about all the new technology that is out there, the freedom to imagine what we can do with it, the privilege of sharing with all of you how it can help you help students learn, and lots of practice finding creative solutions to challenging issues. What more could I ask for?

The library is a wonderful place to work. I love reading and I enjoy helping students and staff find information and use technology. I believe in the library as an institution…that strong libraries are essential for the success of our society. I want everyone who enters the West High Library to have a positive experience. When students graduate from West, I want them to use libraries and value libraries for the rest of their lives.
